What you give us when you join: your name, username, email address, phone number, date of birth, gender, nationality, country, state and address. What the platform records as you use it: the package you hold, your position in the team structure, the sales your team makes, what you have earned and been paid, the courses you take, and the sessions you log in with.

Passwords are stored only as an argon2id hash and can never be read back, by us or by anybody who obtained a copy of the database. The same is true of the links we email you: only a hash of each is kept.

To run your account and your team position, to work out and pay what you earn, to send you the emails the platform has to send, and to meet the record-keeping the law requires of a business that handles money.

Other members see your name and username, and only if you are in their team or you referred them. Nobody can browse the membership. Members above you in the team also see your phone number, so they can reach you — you can turn that off in your profile at any time, and it applies from the moment you save it. Your email address, your home address and your date of birth are never shown to another member.

Financial records are kept for as long as the law requires, which is usually several years after the account closes. Everything else is kept while your account is open.

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask for a mistake to be corrected, or ask for your account to be deleted. Financial records that must be kept by law cannot be deleted, and we will say so if that applies.

Two, and both are necessary for the site to work: one holds your login session, and one remembers whether you chose Arabic or English. There is no advertising, no analytics and no third-party tracking on this site, so there is nothing to consent to and no banner asking you to.

Access is checked on the server for every request. Your session cookie cannot be read by scripts in the browser. Changing your password ends every session you had. What the platform does is recorded, so it can be seen who changed what.
